Drop-off: Customers may bring their package directly to our location.
Warehouse delivery: Customers may ship their items to our warehouse.
Pickup service: We offer pickup services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for customer convenience.
Package Inspection
For security and customs compliance:
All shipments are opened and inspected by our team.
We verify the type of goods, quantity, and condition.
Restricted or prohibited items are identified before shipping.
This ensures compliance with international shipping regulations.
Packaging Evaluation
Our logistics team evaluates the packaging condition:
If the package is suitable for international transport, it will remain in its original packaging.
If needed, items may be repacked into stronger export-grade boxes to ensure safety during transit.
Our goal is to protect the shipment during long-distance transport.
Documentation & Receipt
After inspection:
Customers receive an official receipt issued by MHR Trade.
Required shipping documentation and customs declarations are prepared by our team in coordination with the carrier.

Shipment Consolidation

Packages may be grouped with other shipments heading to the same destination.
Shipments are prepared for freight or sea cargo transportation.
